Jennifer B. Tripp, PE, MBA
Jennifer B. Tripp, PE, MBA
Ms. Tripp has over 25 years in the energy industry with a specialty in transmission delivery and market issues. Her expertise includes transmission and market risk, transmission expansion and planning strategies, financing due diligence, transmission and resource planning oversight, transmission service and delivery strategies, security constrained economic dispatch oversight, open access transmission tariff support, nodal market congestion and losses assessments, wind curtailment mitigation strategies and resource integration support.
Ms. Tripp has served in several leadership positions with electric utilities, consulting firms, and a leading developer of wind generation. She has made presentations at many industry conferences.
Garrett Swank
Garrett Swank
Garrett Swank has been the technical, project and client management lead on numerous transmission planning and generation integration and delivery efforts involving power flow analyses, generation interconnection, network upgrades identification, transmission deliverability, and voltage stability. He leads power flow transmission assessments and is the Project Manager of many security-constrained economic dispatch (SCED) curtailment and congestion studies. The efforts involve evaluating transmission risks, power flows, and delivery impacts in all North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) regions in the U.S., as well as portions of Canada, and in addition to curtailment and congestion his assessments are used for identifying sites for potential interconnection, interconnection and network upgrades for new resources, evaluating regional interconnection queue and tariff information, and researching regional transmission expansion plans for modeling and identifying future risk to generating resource delivery efforts.

Brad Kushner
Director of Contracts
Mr. Kushner has more than 20 years of experience in the electric utility consulting industry, primarily focused on electric system resource planning and supporting his clients’ transitions to utilization of clean energy resources. During that time, Mr. Kushner has managed or otherwise been involved in various types of engagements, including integrated resource plans (IRPs), power supply studies, independent engineering assessments (for conventional and renewable technologies), and demand-side management evaluations. Mr. Kushner has expertise in the areas of production cost modeling associated with utility system expansion planning, as well as feasibility studies and economic analysis. Mr. Kushner has been involved in the issuance of power supply requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluations of responses to RFPs, and portfolio evaluations for both renewable and conventional supply options.
Mr. Kushner has presented expert testimony and prepared other experts for testimony related to determination of need proceedings and other docketed regulatory matters, and has also testified under cross examination by intervening parties. He also supports clients in their efforts to comply with the requirements of applicable regulatory framework.
Mr. Kushner’s experience includes numerous presentations to clients’ Board of Directors and other stakeholders, including managing the stakeholder engagement process associated with the integrated resource plans of municipal electric utilities. Mr. Kushner’s expertise in developing comprehensive integrated resource plans is supported by his knowledge of conventional and renewable energy resources, demand-side management/energy efficiency, and production cost modeling.
Christine Bolton

With over twenty years of professional experience spanning across multiple business sectors, Ms. Bolton currently serves in the dual role with nFront as a Director and Head of Corporate Compliance.
Early in her career, Ms. Bolton was introduced to the renewable energy industry while working as a legal assistant for Vail Resorts during its initial commitment to support the development of wind farms nationwide, which inspired her to study law and sustainability in wind and solar energy development while pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
Following law school, Ms. Bolton served as an Assistant Attorney General then transitioned to private practice where she represented small and large multinational clients in transactional and civil matters involving contract law, corporate and commercial law, employment law, real property and intellectual property law. Prior to joining nFront, Ms. Bolton spent five years as Corporate Legal Counsel and Director of Human Resources and Compliance where she focused on general legal matters, regulatory compliance, contractual due diligence and contracts lifecycle management, employment law and policy, executive operations, and organizational leadership.
At nFront, Ms. Bolton’s primary focus is on contractual risks in transmission interconnection and delivery for renewable resources and project management for projects across the US. She also supports the firm’s contract drafting and negotiation efforts while leading the company’s compliance and training programs.

Automation & Efficiency
Kevin McAuliffe is a National Director at nFront, where he oversees the firm’s PJM market activities, serves as a technical lead across project teams, and leads the Automation & Efficiency Team. In this role, he supports cross-functional collaboration, project execution, process improvement initiatives, and the development of analytical capabilities across the organization.
With more than 15 years of experience in the power industry, Kevin’s experience includes nodal congestion and basis analysis, transmission planning, fundamental market analysis, and portfolio optimization. He has worked in several North American regional markets, including PJM, MISO, NYISO, Southwest Power Pool (SPP), and ISO New England (ISO-NE). His work has included long-term market forecasting, capacity market analysis, transmission planning, and evaluating the impacts of transmission curtailments, market developments, and regulatory changes on generation assets and power market outcomes.
Prior to joining nFront, Kevin held positions with PPL and NRG. Earlier in his career, he supported power generation feasibility studies, power plant design evaluations, and assessments of emerging technologies and environmental regulations within the electric power industry.
Matthew McLean
Matthew McLean
Focused on process improvement, automation, and organizational efficiency, Matt McLean supports initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance project execution, and improve operational effectiveness across nFront.
Prior to joining nFront, Matt served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for eight years, where he held leadership, operational, and project management responsibilities. He later worked as a Project Engineer with Lockheed Martin Space, supporting strategic planning, cost forecasting, schedule management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives for large-scale defense programs. His experience includes developing analytical tools, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting complex program execution efforts.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University with a concentration in Program and Portfolio Management. His graduate research examined the application of artificial intelligence to project management processes and organizational efficiency.
Jacob Perry

Prior to joining nFront Consulting, Jacob Perry spent 2 years working as a reliability engineer for BP. During that time, he gained valuable insights into the intricacies of the energy industry and showcased his proficiency by creating Finite Element and Computational Fluid Dynamics models. His work at BP laid a strong foundation for his subsequent career in the renewable energy sector.
In his role as Consultant with nFront, Mr. Perry primarily focuses on transmission congestion and curtailment analysis including grid and constraint mapping, analysis of historical locational marginal pricing (LMP) data and providing support for security-constrained economic dispatch (SCED) models. He leverages his data analytics and coding skillset to compile and analyze large datasets to develop processes and tools supporting the management and integration of the data. His commitment to excellence and versatility is evident as he effectively contributes to numerous projects simultaneously, offering a wide array of services such as research, data interpretation, and comprehensive reporting. Additionally, he has made notable contributions to the firm by developing innovative software solutions that systematically enhance the modeling process, further elevating the Company’s capabilities.
Mr. Perry’s educational background is equally impressive, with a B.S. and M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University. His academic achievements and practical experience have molded him into a well-rounded professional who brings theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise to the table.

Natali Durick
Natali Durick
Natali Durick supports the day-to-day operations at nFront Consulting, drawing on a background in education, small business management, and team coordination. Before joining nFront, she spent over a decade as an educator and instructional leader, building strengths in organization, communication, and problem-solving. In addition to her work in education, she has managed multiple small business ventures, gaining hands-on experience in operations, workflow management, client service, and logistics.
At nFront, Ms. Durick assists with internal processes, administrative functions, and cross-department coordination to help ensure smooth and timely execution of firm activities. She brings a calm, solutions-focused approach and is known for her reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
She holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Technology and a B.A. in Secondary Education, Mathematics.
Meagan Kobeissi
Meagan Kobeissi
Meagan Kobeissi is the Controller at nFront Consulting, where she oversees the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. She has over 15 years of experience across public accounting and privately held organizations, with a strong background in full-cycle accounting, process development, and financial reporting.
In her role, Meagan focuses on building and maintaining disciplined, well-documented accounting processes that support accuracy, consistency, and transparency as the firm continues to grow. She partners closely with leadership and external firms to ensure timely reporting, GAAP compliance, and strong internal controls.
Prior to joining nFront, Meagan held fractional controller and finance leadership roles, managing accounting operations and providing financial insights to support strategic decision making. Earlier in her career, she was a manager in public accounting, leading audit, tax, and advisory engagements. Throughout her career, Meagan has worked with business leaders and external advisors to support financial reporting, operational decision-making, and accounting processes.
Meagan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.
Nicole Payne
Nicole Payne
Bringing more than a decade of legal experience advising public and private sector organizations on contractual, regulatory, and business matters, Nicole Payne serves as Corporate Counsel for nFront. She earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and has practiced in municipal law, corporate governance, real estate, commercial transactions, compliance, and litigation.
Prior to joining nFront, Nicole served as Assistant City Attorney for one of the largest cities in the country and previously practiced with Arizona law firms representing businesses and other organizations on a wide range of legal matters. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on risk management and regulatory compliance, and providing legal guidance on business and operational matters.
At nFront, Nicole supports the firm’s contract drafting, review, and negotiation efforts and advises project teams on legal, contractual, and risk management matters. She also provides legal support for the firm’s internal operations, including corporate governance, compliance, employment-related matters, and business operations.
Riley Sloan
Riley Sloan
Riley Sloan has over a decade of experience in the energy industry with a specialty in information systems and industrial communications & infrastructure. He actively supports analytical processes associated with projects by leveraging geographic information systems and business intelligence tools to conduct market research and build industry insights. He aids in developing information management capabilities, reports, diagrams, and other key products.
Before joining nFront Consulting, Mr. Sloan spent eight years with bp at its Cherry Point Refinery consulting on content management systems and later training and leading a team of service engineers in the infrastructure technology discipline. During that time, he managed digital applications and products with global teams and developed digital mobility strategies for plant operators in the field.
Mr. Sloan earned his B.A. in Decision Sciences, Management Information Systems from Western Washington University.
